Alchemy Of Sol traditionally pours soap in 50# blocks. Once the soap sets up, Ian and I cut the blocks into logs and shelve to cure. Real soap is a lot like cheese and needs to cure 2-6 weeks dependent on the amount of moisture and super-fatting. Recently, Whole Foods in both Nashville locations added our bulk soap logs to their displays. We are thrilled! Not only is Whole Foods getting a superior, LOCALLY-MADE, bulk soap… but it is a wonderful new avenue for Alchemy Of Sol Soap Emporium~EnergyWorks to expand into a new market. As a small artisan company, we depend on the local support of our retailers and rabid fans! Thanks so much!

Enjoy!

Greetings all,

Flax Seed is inexpensive and high in omega 3-6-9 These are yummmy and would also make a great raw pie crust.

Enjoy!

In health,

Linda

Coconut BreakFast cakes

2 cups whole Flax Seeds or 3 cups seed meal (Grind in the coffee grinder. Make sure it is fully ground.)

2 tablespoons of liquid coconut oil (Organic, Extra Virgin)

Juicing raw fruits and vegetables is one of the most important things we can do to turn back the aging process. However, I have to say… I have a lot on my plate and cleaning the juicer was my least favorite things. Now I have found a new way to juice that requires a lot less clean up time. I have posted on one of my earlier blogs how to make nut milks using a a nylon nut milk bag. This nylon bag can also be used to strain juice. No more veggies rotting in the fridge! I like this better than using a juicer because it seems I need less raw material to make the juice… The combinations are endless!

To a blender add:

2 cups of pure water

various chopped veggies using a base of celery, cucumber or/and apple… and other veggies, such as kale, carrot, red pepper, beet… etc

Blend and strain through the bag. I like a 2 quart bag. Add stevia to sweeten. More water if needed. Save the pulp to make doggie biscuits in the dehydrator…

Enjoy!

Greetings All!

I don’t know about you… but I have been with my bank over 20 years. What started as a very good relationship has degraded over time. The agents and managers moved away. There was no one that I knew any more. My FREE Business Checking had fee creep. It was no longer free. The lame math fee really hurt. If I made a mistake… $7. I was probably spending over $150 a year just to let them use my money.

LOCAL is where it’s at… even with Banks. Living in Smyrna I was looking for a local credit union. Smyrna is a small town. Not much to choose from… until I found GREEN BANK.

I just had to breathe a sigh of relief. Not only were they happy to see me… gone were all those bank fees! I received $2.50 for every check book or debit card from my previous bank… up to $25. I received a free gift for every account I opened. I felt human again!

Green Bank is a local to Tennessee and North Carolina. They have been around for over 100 years. Most large banks invest in the war machine and big pharma, not Green Bank.

At last, a bank with a conscious, local, and treats you like a human. What a breath of fresh air.

The knowledge of Life Force Energy is as ancient as the existence of man. It is this force and flow of unseen energy (to the untrained eye) that connects us all, and can be utilized by anyone. Our bodies are actually spirit frozen in physical form, just like steam becomes flowing water or ice. Our thoughts and belief systems create and manifest the energies of our imagination. Some thoughts are kind, loving and wonderfully creative… other thoughts and belief systems about ourselves are destructive, emotionally and physically crippling.

Energy healing helps to start the energetic flow moving again. To “unstick” that, which keeps us from our fullest potential and divine right of joyous health, wealth… emotional, mental, physical and spiritual. It gets to the root core of the issue, transforming it. Energy works like a gentle river clearing and moving stagnant life force within our bodies, lives, relationships to all things, including the Universe… and Ourselves.

An energy healing session gently unfolds and unwraps itself over a period of hours, days, weeks, years and even lifetimes. It reminds us of our divine selves, to be free of addictions, helping us to identify and transform unhelpful, negative patterns, behaviors, belief systems and relationships. It helps us to evolve into becoming the person whom we wish to become. An energy session helps to reconnect us to the divine love of the Universe, the divine love of ourselves, bringing immediate balance. Energy healing helps us to tap in to deep stress reduction, life force energies, creating a sense of well-being, of peace, security, love and harmony.

Blessings,
